Accept USDT and USDC at your hotel.
Collect at reception with a QR code or share a link so guests can pay from their wallet.
Payments go directly to the wallet chosen by the hotel. Latin Link charges no platform fee on direct payments; network gas may apply.
The link opens the live payment flow; there is no separate hotel sandbox. Connect the hotel's wallet to create a payment request.
One flow for reception and reservations.
QR code at reception
Show the payment request so a guest can scan it with their wallet.
Link for remote payment
Share it in a booking confirmation or through the hotel's usual channel.
Funds go directly to you
Payment reaches the wallet chosen by the hotel; Latin Link does not custody those funds.
Three steps to collect.
The hotel creates the request. Guests review the details before paying from their wallet.
Step 1
Prepare the request
Connect the hotel's wallet, choose USDT or USDC on an available network, and enter the amount. Add the booking number as the reference.
Step 2
Share the QR code or link
Show the QR code at reception, or share the link with a guest paying remotely.
Step 3
Confirm and record
Guests check the token, network, amount, and destination, then confirm in their wallet. The receipt includes the reference and transaction hash.
A deposit tied to a booking.
Use the same flow for an in-person payment or a request shared before arrival.
A deposit or remaining balance
When a booking is confirmed, the hotel creates a request for the agreed amount and adds the booking number as its reference. Show the QR code at reception or send the link to the guest.
Match it to the booking
The receipt lets staff check the amount, token, network, wallets, and transaction hash with a link to the network explorer. They can compare those details with the booking.
The reference and receipt support reconciliation within the hotel's own process. There is no automatic PMS or ERP integration. Latin Link does not convert the payment to local currency or settle it to a bank account.
0%
Latin Link fee on direct payments
A clear platform fee.
Latin Link charges 0% platform fee on direct QR or link payments. Funds go to the connected wallet selected by the hotel when it creates the request.
The network may charge gas to the wallet confirming the payment. Gas depends on the network and is not a Latin Link fee.
What to know before collecting.
Which assets can guests use?
USDT or USDC on the supported networks available when you create a request. Make sure the guest uses the same network and token shown in the request.
Where does payment go?
To the wallet connected by the hotel for that request. Latin Link does not receive or custody funds from a direct payment.
How can we reconcile a payment with a booking?
Add the booking number as the reference, then compare it with the receipt, which shows the amount, network, addresses, and hash. Matching it to hotel records is manual.
Does Latin Link charge a fee?
Latin Link's platform fee is 0% on direct payments. The paying wallet may need a balance to cover network gas.
Does the hotel receive local currency or a bank transfer?
No. Guests send crypto and the hotel receives it in its wallet. This flow does not convert crypto to local currency or settle to a bank account.
Is the demo a test environment?
The link opens the live QR payment flow. The hotel needs to connect its wallet to create a request; there is no separate hotel sandbox.
