Service description

Latin Link Blockchain provides a technological interface (wallet application) that connects private wallets with DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) such as Uniswap, SushiSwap, and 1inch via smart contracts. Latin Link does not custody, manage, or control funds or virtual assets, which remain under the user's exclusive control.

Commissions

Latin Link charges for the use of its technological interface:

  • 2% fixed for claiming flaredrops (FLR/SGB).
  • 1% fixed for swaps.
  • Variable gas fee according to the Flare network, external to Latin Link. The user accepts these commissions upon registration and confirms them with each transaction.

Disclaimer

Latin Link does not guarantee the operation, security, or availability of connected DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) or blockchain networks due to technical factors beyond its control. The user assumes associated risks, including volatility, smart contract errors, or the legality of assets. Latin Link will not be responsible for losses arising from such transactions.

Regulatory compliance

Latin Link does not engage in regulated activities as a financial entity in Panama (Superintendency of Banks) or in Mexico (Fintech Law), as it does not custody or manage funds. We operate in accordance with Panama's Law 81 and, for users in Mexico, the LFPDPPP. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panama City.

FTSO and validator income

Latin Link receives income as a data provider (FTSO) and validator on the blockchain network, independent of wallet application commissions.
