PRIME is a liquid staking token representing the tokenized exposure to the yield generated in the Home Equity Pool on Figure's Democratized Prime, which consists of a pool of residential real estate loans originated by Figure. By holding PRIME, you're earning the prevailing rate in the Home Equity Pool (minus the 50 bps Hastra Platform Fee) which derives its yield from real borrower interest payments.
